Center volunteers offer help and solutions for many computer issues.​

Take advantage of our free, personal one-on-one help with both software and hardware on a wide range of technology subjects — including but not limited to tablets, smartphones, Chromebooks, desktops, and laptops that you can bring into the Center.

To get started:

• Find Your Topic

  • Review the list below to find the topic you need help with. You’ll also see which volunteer(s) are experienced with that specific topic. You can click on the title of each column to alphabetically sort (ascending or descending) the information in that column to help you find information more quickly.

• Check our Online Volunteer Schedule

  • Once you know who can help, check our online volunteer schedule to see when those individuals are expected to be in the Center.

  • Come in during one of their shifts — no appointment is necessary. Just drop in and one of our volunteers will be glad to help you. Please note they help individuals on first come first served.

• Bring Your Device

  • If possible please bring your device (tablet, phone, laptop, etc.) with you.
